This layout uses a purple and green background image. To make the background color break line up perfectly with the color break that appears in the “Trail Maps” nav button (and where the white horizontal rule GIF matches up with the first letter of “Ski”), we set the margin values in the Body Tag to zero: leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" The photograph and the photo caption were placed in two-row, one column table which was then nested into a table cell whose vertical content alignment was set to “Top.” This prevents the photo and caption table cells from being stretched apart and out of alignment when a neighboring cell (such as this HTML text cell) is stretched beyond its original depth by text. Ta-daaaaah! Font The nav rollovers are for demo purposes and only link to a generic page with a link back to this layout. However, we have been known to add an occasional surprise to generic pages for compulsive clickers. |
